• Usage Data: Feature access frequency, session duration, features used
• Performance Data: Crash reports, error logs

2.2 Information You Provide

• Account Info: Email address, username, in-game Callsign
• Location: Precise location collected only with your explicit permission, used for exploration, territory claiming, POI search, and communication message location tagging
• User-Generated Content: Territory broadcast messages you set — stored on our servers and visible to other players who enter your territory
• Feedback: Bug reports, feature suggestions, and user feedback you submit

2.3 Game Data

• Territory Data: Territory coordinates, area, building information
• Inventory & Resources: In-game items and resource counts
• Exploration Records: Exploration distances, counts, rewards received
• Vitals Data: In-game satiety and hydration values (game-only data, not real health or medical data)
• Territory Visit Records: When a player enters another player's territory, the visit is recorded for in-game tax settlement; territory owners can view these records
• Communication Data: Channel message content (including location at time of send, visible to channel members), subscribed channel list, communication device unlock status
• Trade Data: Listing records, trade history

2.4 Purchase Data

• In-App Purchases: Purchase and subscription records completed via Apple App Store
• We do not collect payment card or financial information — all payments are processed by Apple

2.5 What We Do Not Collect

• Real health or medical data
• Financial or payment card information
• Sensitive personal identifiers (e.g. ID card numbers, passport numbers)
• Biometric data

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve App features and performance
• Enable core gameplay (exploration, territory claiming, management, communication, trading)
• Calculate in-game territory tax settlements
• Diagnose issues and fix bugs
• Understand user behavior to improve the experience
• Send App updates and security notifications
• Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
• Prevent fraud and protect App security

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We only share information in the following cases:

• In-Game Player Sharing: Your Callsign, territory location, broadcast messages, and communication channel content are visible to other players as a necessary part of core gameplay
• Service Providers: Shared with third-party providers that help us operate the App (e.g. Supabase cloud database, Apple services)
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or government authority
• Security: When necessary to protect the App and its users
• Business Transfer: In the event the App is acquired or merged

5. Location Data

The App requires access to your precise location to power these core features:

• Walking exploration and distance calculation
• Territory claiming (real-time path tracking)
• Nearby POI (ruins) search and scavenging
• Location tagging in communication messages (visible to channel members)
• Territory collision detection and boundary warnings

You can enable or disable location permission in device Settings at any time. Disabling it will prevent the above features from working.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

• Encryption to protect data in transit
• Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) to restrict data access
• Regular security audits and updates

Note: No Internet transmission is completely secure. We strive to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary. When you delete your account, we will delete the associated personal data (game data, location records, communication messages, etc.). Some data may be retained for a period required by law.

8. Your Rights

Under applicable privacy laws, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal data (can be done directly in the App's settings)
• Object to our processing of your information
• Request a portable copy of your data

9. Children's Privacy

Doomsday Lord is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child's information has been collected, we will delete it immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you through the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
